15/10/2003 (Agence Europe) - According to a survey published in the weekly Expresso on Saturday, seven out of ten Portuguese want a referendum on the draft Constitutional Treaty. Half of all respondents are in favour of strengthening the EU's powers in the fields of defence and foreign affairs.
