Brussels, 15/10/2003 (Agence Europe) - The President of the European Council, Silvio Berlusconi has outlined in the traditional letter to colleagues how Thursday and Friday's summit will work in Brussels.

"I am pleased to confirm that our next meeting in Brussels on Thursday 16 and Friday 17 October 2003 will be in two parts, the first being devoted to the Intergovernmental Conference and the second concentrating on European Council issues.
