"European Defence Agency" should be "set up" by the end of the year

Rome, 06/10/2003 (Agence Europe) - By the end of the year the EU should have reached an agreement about the "setting up" of the European Defence Agency, confirmed the Italian Defence Minister, Antonio Martino, following an informal meeting in Rome on Saturday.
