Brussels, 06/10/2003 (Agence Europe) - Farmers are hoping for "fair trade framed by clear rules" and not "blind free trade" out of the negotiations on the Doha Development Agenda in Geneva, says Chairman of the Committee of Agricultural Organisations in the EU (COPA).
