Brussels, 06/10/2003 (Agence Europe) - Europeans and Canadians noted a "broad agreement" on the main points of international political affairs, this Monday at the ministerial meeting in Rome that was held as part of the bi-annual meetings of the Permanent Transatlantic Dialogue.
