Brussels, 02/10/2003 (Agence Europe) - During Tuesday's annual seminar of Echo experts (the Community's humanitarian aid office) in Brussels, Poul Nielson, European Commissioner for humanitarian aid, centred his speech around the future of humanitarian aid in the enlarged Union in the light of the draft European Constitution and growing security issues, to which humanitarian workers are exposed in the course of their efforts in increasingly complex crises.
