11/09/2003 (Agence Europe) - Ambassadors from the fifteen reached an agreement on Thursday on the exact terms for including Hamas on the European list of terrorist organisations. The decision should still be confirmed by the Council by written procedure and possible published in Saturday's edition of the Official Journal of the European Communities. As soon as it is published, the possessions of the organisations and those concerned will be frozen. The exact content of the decision - persons and organisation linked to the political branch of this organisation will also be included on the list - the time of the publications should not be disclosed.
