Brussels, 03/09/2003 (Agence Europe) - On Thursday during plenary session, the European Parliament will discuss the own initiative report by Greek Socialist Myrsini Zorba on cultural industries. The report underlines the fact that all citizens have a right to culture, and to safeguarding democratic access to cultural goods. This right goes hand in hand with promotion of cultural values and cultural and linguistic diversity of current and future Member States.
