Raffarin says IGC must clarify some part of the draft Constitution without dragging its feet - Romano Prodi says there must be one full Commissioner per Member State

Brussels, 28/08/2003 (Agence Europe) - The meeting on Wednesday between the French prime minister Jean-Pierre Raffarin and Romano Prodi, followed by the dinner attended by Raffarin and the whole of the Commission, discussed the economic situation, the Stability and Growth Pact, the impact of the drought (see yesterday's EUROPE, pages 4 and 5), and also the upcoming IGC.
