Brussels, 28/08/2003 (Agence Europe) - Following his meeting with Jean-Pierre Raffarin (see yesterday's EUROPE, p. 4), Commissioner Pedro Solbes told Europe 1 that he was not convinced that France would cut its public deficit to less than 3% of GDP in 2004.
