07/08/2003 (Agence Europe) - According to the Brazilian Minister of External Relations, Celso Amorim, the success of the Ministerial meeting of the WTO in Cancun on 10-14 September could be compromised if the European Union and the USA do not make more of an effort to help developing countries in the agricultural sector. According to the EFE agency Mr Amorim said that, "If the US and European Union present an incomplete agreement the risk of failure in the new round is enormous".
