Commission files complaint against Austria and Luxembourg regarding road safety

Brussels, 10/07/2003 (Agence Europe) - On Wednesday, the European Commission filed a complaint with the European Court of Justice against Luxembourg and Austria for their failure to transpose into national law the EU road safety legislation on the technical roadside inspection of the roadworthiness of commercial vehicles circulating the Union.
