Luxembourg, 19/06/2003 (Agence Europe) - According to Eurostat's first estimates for April 2003, the Eurozone recorded a EUR 3.0 billion foreign trade surplus, compared with a surplus of 4.6 bn in April 2002. The surplus stood at EUR 2.0 bn in March 2003 and EUR 11.0 bn in March 2002. In April 2003, seasonally adjusted exports rose by 1.6% on March 2003, while imports fell by 1.2%.
