Commission criticises Topps' distribution practices for Pokémon collectible stickers and cards

Brussels, 19/06/2003 (Agence Europe) - The European Commission has decided to open formal proceedings against Topps, a US company, for hindering cross-border trade in products bearing the image of the Pokémon cartoon characters, which is a favourite pastime of young consumers, especially when they bear the picture of their heroes.
