Italian company SIRAP GEMA (ITALMOBILIARE group; consolidated turnover EUR 104 million in 2002), specialised in thermal sealing products for fresh foods, has acquired the entirety of PETRUZALEK's shares, (the latter is an Austrian company specialising in product and machine distribution used in the preparation of fresh foods and which is active in ten East European countries, annual turnover of nearly EUR 36 million.
