ECONOMIC INTERPENETRATION / (eu) clothing

Swiss distributor MAUS has taken control of the French group AIGLE (turnover EUR 128.5 million in 2002), specialised in footwear and ramblers' equipment. According to the agreement, 63.10% of AIGLE's capital has subsequently been sold to SIPDT - SOCIETE INTERNATIONALE DE PRODUCTION ET DE DIFFUSION TEXTILE from the MAUS group.
