11/06/2003 (Agence Europe) - After his summit with Jacques Chirac, on Tuesday in Berlin, Chancellor Schröder said "we have a good chance of success in Thessaloniki" (on the future Constitution). "France and Germany are fully resolved to support this new Praesidium proposal without change", he assured.
