Brussels, 04/06/2003 (Agence Europe) - On Wednesday, the President and Vice Presidents of the Convention, Valéry Giscard d'Estaing, Jean-Luc Dehaene and Giuliano Amato began their successive consultations with the different actors, with a meeting (behind closed doors) of the representative of the national parliaments.
