Overall loan in favour of funding small and medium-sized projects in Latvia

Luxembourg, 19/05/2003 (Agence Europe) - The European Investment Bank (EIB) is to lend EUR 10 million to NORD/LB Latvija (formerly Pirma Banka) to fund small and medium-sized projects in Latvia. With this overall loan, NORD/LVB Latvija will finance projects in Latvia's industry, services and tourism sectors as well as small and medium-sized investment relating to the environment, energy savings, and infrastructures (including health and education).
