14/05/2003 (Agence Europe) - During Wednesday's votes a the European Parliament, Austrian Social Democrat, Hannes Swoboda, indicated that several future Member States (present for the first time at the session) were raising their hands and voting. Session Chairman, David Martin declared that they were happy that they were actively participating in the work but still td not have the right to vote.
