Javier Solana to visit region on 11/16 May

Brussels, 09/05/2003 (Agence Europe) - As reported, the EU High Representative for CFSP, Javier Solana, is preparing for a new visit to the Middle East. From 11 to 16 May, he will be in Egypt, Jordan, Saudi Arabia, Israel, the Palestinian Territories, Syria and Lebanon, with the aim of smoothing the path for rapid implementation of the Quartet's roadmap for the Middle East, indicates a press release.
