09/05/2003 (Agence Europe) - A press release from the Belgian House of Representatives stresses that the Conference of parliamentary committees for European affairs (COSAC) was able, through the intervention of Herman de Croo, President of the House, to come to an agreement on the creation of a permanent COSAC secretariat to be established in Brussels.
