In favour of making the programme for retraining fishermen more flexible, under the EU/Morocco agreement

Brussels, 31/03/2003 (Agence Europe) - On Thursday, the EP adopted (357 votes for, 38 against and 29 abstentions) a resolution by British Conservative Struan Stevenson inviting the Commission to amend as a matter of urgency the programme for retraining Community fishermen and recycling Community vessels.
