Brussels, 19/03/2003 (Agence Europe) - The European Convention debate on Monday night on Articles 24 to 33 of the future Constitution met Convention Members expectations in terms of clarifying the EU's legal instruments, many of them seconding German Social Democrat Klaus Hänsch's speech welcoming this "qualitative leap forward" and the fact that codecision becomes the rule.
