Brussels, 19/03/2003 (Agence Europe) - After the External Relations Council on Tuesday, Georges Papandreou, Council President, welcomed the formal decision taken by the Council for EU takeover from NATO in the former Yugoslav Republic of Macedonia on 31 March (see yesterday's EUROPE, p.5).
