Valéry Giscard d'Estaing not to take part in EPP summit

Brussels, 18/03/2003 (Agence Europe) - The President of the European Convention, Valéry Giscard d'Estaing, will not be taking part in the European People's Party summit, which will precede the Spring European Council next Thursday, contrary to indications in yesterday's EUROPE (p.6).
