Action plan for integrated approach to equality within EP services

Brussels, 18/03/2003 (Agence Europe) - With the adoption last week of the report by German Socialist Lissy Gröner on an integrated approach to gender mainstreaming within the European Parliament. The Parliament notably undertakes to adopt and enforce an integrated action plan for men/women equality. The aim is to contribute towards equality within the EP by seriously considering gender specificities in the context of its policies and activities, including in the decision-making structures...
