10/03/2003 (Agence Europe) - The agency MITI has indicated that the former President of the Republic of Hungary, Arpad Goncz, has officially nominated the European Commission for the 2003 Nobel Prize for Peace, for its work in enlarging the EU. The decision will be announced in October.
