Spanish canning industry is against liberalisation of tuna market

Brussels, 10/03/2003 (Agence Europe) - The representatives of the Spanish canning industry (Anfaco) express concern about the European Commission proposal (dated 27 February) aimed at reducing customs duties for 25,000 tonnes of tuna from third countries, essentially the Asian countries that are large tuna producers.
