10/03/2003 (Agence Europe) - One week after the Competitiveness Council adopted its contribution to the Spring Summit, underlining the role of innovaton in building economic competitiveness (see EUROPE of 4 March, p. 8 and 9), the Commission is to present a "communication on the innovation policy for enterprise" this Wednesday.
