British company GEEST (ready-to-eat fruit and vegetables; consolidated turnover at more than EUR 1 bn, with a workforce of 10,000 and industrial 36 sites in Europe) has acquired for EUR 19 million, the French company GENEVIEVE LANGLAIS ("Crudi" brand" ; turnover EUR 52 millions in 2002 with a workforce of 400).
