21/02/2003 (Agence Europe) - The European Commission has authorised the granting of EUR 18.7 million (£12 million) by the British government to long distance bus companies. The aid will cover the costs of selling half price tickets to disabled and elderly travellers (aged 60 and over) for bus journeys in the United Kingdom.
