Brussels, 21/02/2003 (Agence Europe) - Wednesday next, the European Commission is to present a communication analysing the consequences of the "Open Skies" ruling by the European Court of Justice. Last November the Court ruled against the air agreements concluded between eleven Member States and the United States. The communication is expected to give a timetable of actions to be undertaken.
