Brussels, 20/02/2003 (Agence Europe) - The Parliament and Council in conciliation managed to harmonise their viewpoints on the Directive to restrict sales and use of certain substances and preparations scientifically classified as Carcinogens, Mutagens or substances toxic to Reproduction (c/m/r). Once accepted by both institutions, the text of the agreement will amend Directive 76/769/EEC for the twenty-fifth time.
