Brussels, 18/02/2003 (Agence Europe) - On Tuesday in Brussels, the EU Troika, led by the President of the EU Council, Costas Simitis (and consisting of Silvio Berlusconi, High Representative, Javier Solana and Romano Prodi and Chris Patten for the Commission) informed Heads of State and Governments of the thirteen candidate countries about the results of the Special European Council of Monday evening (see previous pages).
