Luxembourg, 18/02/2003 (Agence Europe) - Should Advocate General Dámaso Ruiz-Jarabo have withdrawn from the "golden shares" case - power held by the Spanish State in privatised companies - when his brother, Ignacio Ruiz Jarabo, took over at the head of the SEPI, the public body responsible for privatising Spanish enterprise?
