10/02/2003 (Agence Europe) - European Trade and Agriculture Commissioners, Pascal Lamy and Franz Fischler, will be taking part in the WTO "mini-ministerial" summit in Tokyo on 14-16 February, where Japan will be outlining to the other Doha Cycle countries a new proposal on access to medicines (see Europe of 4 February, p.12).
