24/01/2003 (Agence Europe) - The Belgian daily Standaard and Reuters press agency state that, speaking to the press, French Foreign Minister Dominique de Villepin considered that the "Belgian Prime Minister, for example", could be the future full-time President of the European Council. Mr. de Villepin, made special mention of Mr. Guy Verhofstadt's "art of creative compromise".
