24/01/2003 (Agence Europe) - Former Danish Prime Minister, Poul Nyrup Rasmussen, said on Danish television, according to Reuters, that he hoped to replace Lord Robertson, who has announced his intention of stepping down as NATO Secretary General at the end of the year. "We will work for his candidacy", said Prime Minister Anders Fogh Rasmussen, according to the Danish agency Ritzau.
