Brussels, 24/01/2003 (Agence Europe) - The European Commission has authorised the American company, Eaton, which is active in a wide range of engineering and manufacturing businesses including automotive, fluid and hydraulic power, commercial and electrical controls, electrical distribution and aerospace, to acquire the electrical division of the British company, Delta.
