Commission proposes improving Community Trade Mark system

Brussels, 21/01/2003 (Agence Europe) - On Monday, The European Commission presented a proposal for a regulation modifying existing procedures for the granting of Community trade marks by the Office for Harmonisation in the Internal Market (OHIM) in Alicante.
