Go-ahead for Bravida's purchase of Obel

Brussels, 16/12/2002 (Agence Europe) - The Commission has approved the acquisition by Norwegian company Bravida of the electrical, ventilation and other technical installation businesses of Danish company Obel A/S. Bravida will acquire Semco Danmark A/S (Denmark), Totalinstallatören EVV AB (Sweden), Prenad AB (Sweden) and Backlunds Elservice AB (Sweden) from Obel A/S (Denmark).
