Brussels, 13/12/2002 (Agence Europe) - The Parliament-Council Conciliation committee have succeeded in agreeing on a new "car oil" directive that will compel Member States to bring the level of sulphur in their petrol and diesel to 10 mg/kg (parts per million) instead of the current 50 ppm for all vehicles.
