FRANCE TELECOM will be in exclusive negotiations with investment fund CARLYLE, PROVIDENCE EQUITY PARTNERS and GMT COMMUNICATIONS PARTNERS to sell the latter its stake in the Dutch cable operators CASEMA, for EUR 700 million.
