Brussels, 11/12/2002 (Agence Europe) - The European Commission has approved the granting of humanitarian aid to Nicaragua, Paraguay and Cuba for a total of 2 million euro. the funds, taken from the Echo budget (the Community's Humanitarian Aid Office) will be spread as follows:
