Poul Nielson visits Burkina Faso, Ghana and Mali

Brussels, 25/11/2002 (Agence Europe) - Poul Nielson, European Commissioner responsible for development co-operation and humanitarian aid, will be attending the Ouagadougou ministerial conference on 28 November 2002 (see EUROPE Saturday p 15). During this visit he will also visit Burkino Faso (26 to 30 November), Ghana from 2 November to 2 December and Mali on 5 December. In these three countries he will meet Heads of State, government Ministers, as well as representative from civil society....
