Brussels, 25/11/2002 (Agence Europe) - The Permanent Representative Committee of the Member States (Coreper) has authorised the President of the EU Council o grant Cuba the status of informal observer during the first phase of trade negotiations between ACP countries (Africa/Caribbean/Pacific), which is expected to by concluded by September 2003.
