Brussels, 18/10/2002 (Agence Europe) - The EU and Switzerland exchanged, for the first time during the 8th negotiating round on Friday in Brussels, draft texts on some fifty articles of the future agreement on judicial and administrative cooperation in the fight against fraud. The two parties, however, have still not made progress on the question of "dual criminality", i.e. the definition of offences that could be the subject of cooperation.
