Brussels, 18/10/2002 (Agence Europe) - The meeting of the General Affairs Council, next Tuesday in Luxembourg, will be fully devoted to the preparation of the European Council in Brussels which, unless there are last minute additions, will only have two subjects on the agenda: enlargement and Kaliningrad.
