Brussels, 23/09/2002 (Agence Europe) - On the invitation of the President of Finland, Tarja Halonen, the Chairman of the European Convention, Valéry Giscard d'Estaing, will be visiting Helsinki on 25/26 September, where he will have a working dinner with the prime minister Paavo Lipponen and will be meeting the foreign minister Erkki Tuomioja.
